Welcome to Collaborative Care Therapy

I’m Lindsay Kudlow, a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of Collaborative Care Therapy. I’m grateful to offer psychotherapy here in Koreatown, a vibrant, multicultural neighbourhood along Bloor Street West that’s known for its welcoming community and strong sense of connection. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling stuck in old relationship patterns, weighed down by trauma, or caught in cycles of shame and self-doubt.
